Working with Riviera’s Product Management this project entailed designing a new user experience for Riviera’s Candidate Sourcing within their recruiting platform Sutro. The project included user testing, user surveys, and a new approach to the journey map. This valuable information was applied to the full design system that included UX, visual design, and style guidelines.
